Training4momlife is a vibrant wellness community dedicated to supporting moms in their wellness journey through motherhood, empowering them to live a life they love as a busy mom. With a focus on progress over perfection, something is better than nothing, and celebration of small wins, our available services include private coaching, small group coaching, virtual community coaching, and wellness retreats just for moms. Our platform enables clients to connect, engage in discussions, join live video sessions, and access a range of services suitable for the busy mom's lifestyle.


Meet the Founder
Chrissi is the founder of Training4momlife, which she established in 2021. After experiencing burnout as a registered nurse in acute care during the pandemic, she realized that she needed a change. Although she became a nurse to promote health, she felt restricted in the hospital setting. While on her own postpartum fitness journey, she discovered a fulfilling way to support other moms by sharing home workouts she was doing. Her passion for helping other moms achieve a healthier lifestyle blossomed, leading her to create a thriving community of like-minded moms in 2021.
As a wife and mother of three, she stays busy but prioritizes her health, demonstrating to other moms that a balanced, healthy lifestyle is achievable even amidst the hectic schedule of momlife.
Chrissi's Journey

After having her second baby in 2016, she knew something needed to change. She no longer wanted to be "in the struggle" anymore, and needed a means to get out of the fog of motherhood-- to feel like herself again. Reluctantly, she accepted an invite to "try home workouts" and join a virtual community and started with a 21 home fitness program, doubtful that it would work, but gave it a shot. Low and behold after just 21 days, she started feeling and seeing the difference already, with 30 minute workouts with minimal equipment-- without going to the gym! Staying engaged with a community and checking in daily helped her with accountability. She felt her energy & confidence come back, enabling her to be a better mom, wife, and nurse. Fast forward, Chrissi has stayed consistent with these home fitness programs, making other small lifestyle changes along the way, and continued to engage with the community for accountability and connection. After 4 years of consistency and dedication to her own journey (even through another pregnancy and postpartum), she started sharing the workouts, took lead and built her own community in 2021. Since 2021, she has been sharing her wellness journey on social media, inspiring other moms that if she can do it, they can too-- and has helped hundreds of other moms live a healthier, more fulfilling life. In 2025, Chrissi pursued her board certification in nurse coaching, and expanded her service offerings beyond the community, taking on private coaching clients and hosting weekend wellness retreats for moms.
Growing up a competitive gymnast, athleticism and community were in Chrissi's nature. During her college years, she became a gym rat. Chrissi worked at a local gym and even met her future--and now--husband there. However, after having her first baby in 2014, using 2 hours out of her day to go to the gym wasn't realistic anymore.... She tried to stay connected to the gym life and continue to run with her run group, but the time away became to be more stressful than it was stress-relieving. Therefore, her gym sessions became less and less. She needed a way to exercise and stay connected to other people that was more convenient and accessible.
