This mom's wellness retreat is hosted by Chrissi Prom, RN and certified nurse coach who is dedicated to helping other moms live a healthier, more fulfilling life through motherhood and beyond.

Join 7 other moms for a weekend getaway, dedicated to your own wellness. This will be a combination of rest/relaxation (yes, there will be a hot tub), structured (but optional) personal development & wellness workshops, movement, outdoor adventure, and connection with other like-minded women.‌

You will have the option to have all food provided for you for a $100 fee, OR contribute to making a meal with a partner for all 8 people. Leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and fulfilled, ready to take on the chaos of the May through Summer months and beyond!

All you have to do is show up, ready to unplug and have a great time! Just what moms needs-- a break!
