Following your heart ♥️

♥️ Valentine’s Day for me is forever dedicated to my Coachiversary. February 14th marks the day I decided to LOVE myself enough to take the leap of faith and do something different, to pursue my passion and what I LOVE to do: help people live a healthier and happier life that THEY LOVE too. ♥️

4 years ago is when @training4momlife was established.

I had no idea what I was actually doing, but all that mattered was I loved WHAT I was doing, and changing lives felt good ♥️

I was scared of the unknown, failure, judgement, social media, all the things…. but all that mattered was I loved what I was doing, and changing lives felt good ♥️

How this journey has evolved over the last 4 years has been a blessing beyond belief, and I’m forever grateful for listening to the heart tugs—God’s voice 🙏

I have all my clients to be extra grateful for today, because without you, I wouldn’t be here. For those of you OGs who have been with me since the beginning, to those who have purchased even one thing or participated in my free groups, and those who are just getting started… THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 🙏

I’m excited for what year 5 has in store for us, especially with the launch of this website and new platform, and my professional nurse coach certification on the way. I am looking forward to serving more women as we continue to transform lives!

Cheers, friends!!! ♥️
